Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup butter
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup flour
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
• 2/3 cup mini marshmallows
• 1/4 cup mini semi-chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup toffee bits
• OR replace the mini chocolate chips and toffee bits with 1/2 cup of Heath Milk Chocolate English Toffee Bits

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 350
• Brown the butter in a sauce pan (5-7 minutes) and let cool
• Mix together brown sugar, sugar, egg, vanilla, salt, baking soda, and browned butter until well blended
• Add flour gradually
• Add Rice Krispie cereal
• Add mini marshmallows and toffee bits
• The mixture will be THICK – drop spoonfuls on parchment paper/baking sheet (I made mine into little balls)
• Bake for 10-12 minutes
